Can I get less than the minimums?

Yes, We charge a $10.00 per screen set-up if you go below the minimums.

How fast can I get my order?
For Screenprinting-
We generally deliver within 7 working days from the approval of artwork and placement of order.
Rush Service is available-call for details and scheduling. Shipping time is not included. Subject to availability of goods.
For Embroidery-
New designs require the artwork to be digitized which take approximately 1 week.
After approval of the stitch out , and/ or re-orders , delivery is generally within 14 working days.
If you are on a deadline of less than 2 weeks- screenprint is the way to go.Orders my be picked up at our 41 Chestnut St. facility in Lewiston, ME.

Can I save money if I provide my own garments?
We buy in volume. You'll generally do better if we provide the garment. We are not responsible for manufacturing
defects , misprints , or shortages on customer supplied goods.

Why do Dark Shirts cost more to print?
Any more than a 1-color design requires the underlaying color to the Flash Cured to provide maximum opacity and
brightness of the inks. The flashing operation counts as a color.

I just gave you 6 different jobs. Do I get a volume discount?
Six jobs of one hundred are not the same as one job of six hundred.
Discounts are based on individual set-ups.

Can you create a design for my business?
We have complete in-house Art services. We can create you design from scratch
or you can choose from out extensive on line clip art library.
Minimum art charge is $15.00 Artwork is billed at $30.00 per hour.

Do you do Names and Numbers on garments?
Yes, we provide cad cut vinyl names and numbers.
