Minimums and Set-ups
Delivery-most items- 7 working days from approval of artwork, subject to availability of blank goods.
Multi-color printing on dark garments requires a white underbase and a flash. Flash Curing counts as a color. 1-color imprint on darks does not require a flash.
Garment Prices include a 1-color, 1 location imprint. Each additional color per location add $.50 ea.
Each Additional location- First color add $1.00 ea., each additional color add .50 ea.
Minimum order.
1-color imprint- 12 pcs.
2-color imprint- 24 pcs.
3-color imprint- 36pcs.
4-color imprint- 48 pcs.
5-color imprint- 60 pcs.
6-color imprint- 72 pcs.
Less than minimum-$10.00 per screen set-up charge with each order.
Screen Prep Charge- $25.00 per screen. Screens are kept on file for re-orders 12 months.
Multi-color designs- One screen required for each ink color being printed.
Caps-minimum order 24 pcs. Caps require seperate screens from garments-$25.00 per color.
Artwork- Customer supplied- No extra charges if suitable electronic file is provided.
Multi-color artwork - Vector art - CMYK - All colors must be SPOT colors,including white.
All type must be converted to paths.
Preferred formats- Adobe illustrator, Freehand
Bitmap formats- Photoshop, Tiff, EPS, Minimum 600 DPI-may incur additional art charge.
Please note-Word processing formats-PDF, MS word, Powerpoint, Excel files are NOT designed for spot color seperation and will incur additional art charges.
Web graphics- 72 DPI JPEGS , GIFS are NOT acceptable as their resolution is too low and will result in jagged uneven edges when enlarged. They will be converted at additional charge.
Artwork suitable for scanning may be submitted on 8.5 x 11 paper.
Art charges-Scans, Typesetting, File conversions, Custom illustration, Layouts are billed at $30.00 per hour. Minimum Charge- $15.00.
Artwork should be sized to final output dimensions.
Standard imprint area-Custom Sizes and locations available-quoted seperately.
Left Chest (LC)- 3.5 in. x 3.5 in.
Full Back (FB) -12 in. x 12 in.
Full Front (FF) -12 in. x 12 in.
Shortsleeve (SS)- 2 in. x 3 in.
Longsleeve (LS) - 3 in x 12 in.
